This preschool class is designed to provide a structured, nurturing environment to increase each child’s self-confidence, improve both gross and fine motor skills, while still having lots of fun. Balance, coordination, strength and flexibility are increased in this class as we introduce new gymnastics skills.

SHINING STARZ (Ages 4-5)
* Beginner class

This class is designed for your child to learn the foundations for the basic skills of gymnastics. Your child will be led through various stations, including trampoline, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor. They learn the beginner skills of supporting their weight on bars, stationary balance on beam, and becoming comfortable upside down when performing skills. They will know the building blocks for tumbling, including handstands, cartwheels, and dance.

GYM STARZ (Ages 6 & above)
*Beginner Class

This class is designed for your child to learn the foundations for the basic skills of gymnastics. Your child will be led through various stations including trampoline, uneven bars, balance beam,vault and floor. Individual skills & progressions are utilized to build coordination, balance, and flexibility. Development of overall fitness, reinforcement of learning patterns, and promotion of social interactions are also highlighted at this level.

Workshop

CARTWHEEL CLINIC (5 - 12 Years Old)

• 45 mins

• $20.00 Per gymnasts *Space limited*

  A great opportunity to learn a favorite skill of gymnastics and tumbling! Coaches will emphasize the importance of correct technique by using drills and stations to teach the basics. Participants will practice fundamental handstand progressions as a way to perfect their cartwheels.

  Disclaimer: While great effort will be made to help participants achieve this skill, we can not guarantee that mastery will be obtained in one clinic.

This class is for the child who has a background in dance or previous gymnastic experience and they are older (ages 6 and above). Gymnasts will learn progressions and drills that will later contribute to more advanced skills/ class.

This class is for the child who has completed Gym Starz/Pre-Intermediate or went through an evaluation with one of our coaches and was recommended for Intermediate Class.
Classes are 1.5 hrs long and gymnasts will learn progressions and drills that will later contribute to more advanced skills/ class.
